實際入住體驗與平台描述嚴重不符。房間衞生狀況較差，床單被套都不乾淨；隔音極差，整晚能清楚聽到樓上腳步聲、隔壁説話聲以及門口人員來回走動，基本無法入睡。 當晚兩次向前台反映情況並要求解決，但酒店未提供任何有效處理方案，最終衹能提前退房。 在問題未解決、服務明顯不到位的情況下，酒店仍拒絕退還未入住的一晚房費。整體體驗令人非常失望，不建議選擇。

位置很方便，離地鐵站兩分鐘左右距離，離火車站也很近，整個街區挺乾淨安逸的 顧著拍窗外景色房間照片忘記拍了，整體房間不大，但是設備全，冰箱燒水壺櫃子都有，可以免費寄存行李，性價比還行

The accommodation is near the central station. Near the subway station, the rooms are clean, the mattress is soft and comfortable for sleeping, there is a refrigerator, a hot water kettle, the room is compact and just right for sleeping alone. The rooms have been newly renovated. Breakfast is good with a variety. The receptionist is friendly. Will come to stay again next time. certain

小小的一間房，不過設施齊全。位置方便，出門就是地鐵口。走路3分鐘到哥本哈根中央火車站。火車站裡有便利店7-11和哥本哈根到處都是的一家連鎖咖啡店（儘管咖啡難喝）。床很舒服。

Good hotel right next to central station and the metro and walking distance from the main city. The room was small but to be expected for the price, everything needed was provided, but daily cleaning service was just making the bed, tea, coffee and cups were not replaced in the 3 days we were there. Also the temperature was very up and down and we couldn’t seem to control it. Breakfast was generally good but the hot food was a bit lacking, very basic egg and bacon and very limited for me as I don’t eat dairy. Taps were too low to refill water bottles but staff were happy to do this for us.

I booked a single room but the room type i got is different from what showing in photo. The room assigned to me is on the top floor which have a slanted ceiling. My bed is just right below the slanted ceiling and is actually very claustrophobic. I couldn’t sit on the bed at all.. Also, the room acoustic is bad, i can hear someone talking and argue ing outside the corridor from my room, 2 nights in a row and they are talking at 2-3am in the middle of the night from different group of people. However, cleanliness and location is good!! * kettle seems never used in a while, it was rusted inside..

Wall of the room is so thin that you can hear everything from corridor and the others room. Yet, the front service was nice and it’s so nice of them that they let us leave our luggages for free before check-in and after check-out.

出行特別方便，旁邊就是地鐵站和火車站，周圍也特別多吃的，離市中心很近，房間裡面很乾凈，保潔每天都來打掃房間，暖氣也開的比較足
